Emollient and film-former designed for skin protection and hair care products. It is a blend of PCL-Liquid® 100 & Isopropyl myristate, suitable for W/O emulsions. It also acts as moisturizing and refatting agent. It mimics water-resistance and lipid auto-spreading of preen gland oil.
