Hydrophilic emollient, foam stabilizer and refatting agent suitable for shower, bath and shampoo applications. It is a readily biodegradable mixture of a fatty acid polyglycol ester and a fatty acid polyglycol ether. It is free of parabens, preservatives and SCCP allergens.
