Yeast cell walls suitable for food/dietary supplements and functional foods. It is derived from the autolysis of saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast. It is obtained by centrifugal separation of the yeast cell walls from the soluble yeast extract, followed by a spray-drying stage. Shelf life: 2 years.
