This fluid serum has a crystal-clear texture through Cekol® 150 Cellulose Gum texture enhancer, giving a light first layer serum. It also features an easy spread and light after-feel thanks to the active humectant Hydrovance®. This serum is also filled with highly effective actives such as Burgeon-Up, which acts as a hair growth active ingredient.
