About
Crosslinker recommended for very high solids low VOC two component (2K) polyurethanes coatings and varnishes. It is also used in solvent-free and waterborne polyurethane systems. It is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HDI homopolymer). It is used for hydroxylated polymers, notably polyesters and polyacrylates. It is supplied at 100 % solids and is designed to reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions of the formulations. Shelf life: 9 months.
