SONGSORB® CS 477 is a hydroxy-phenyl-s-triazine UV absorber with 18-20% 1-methoxy-2-propyl-acetate.

- It can be used with other UV absorbers and HALS for ideal absorption coverage with synergistic effects
- It has minimal interaction with amine crosslinker/ metal-catalyzed coating systems and coatings applied on base coat with such catalysts
Typical Applications:
Ideal for solvent borne-, UV curing- and industrial coatings. It is also suitable for overprint (OVP) UV blocking varnishes on prints and coating on glass or vinyl. Recommended for wood coatings and penetration finishes.
