About
Amylolytic highly heat-stable enzyme suitable for stain removal (collars and cuffs). It is also used in liquid laundry- & dishwashing detergents. It is produced by submerged fermentation of selected strain of Bacillus licheniformis non-GMO.
Benefits:
- Hydrolyzes starch by producing soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides, dispersing the stains based on this polysaccharide
- Eliminates pasta glaze, chocolate smoothie, potato and high-energy & sterile materials
- Acts at a relatively wide pH range (5-8)
