It is used as an ingredient of cleaning agents, detergents, textile auxiliaries, agrochemicals as well as an emulsifier in industrial applications. It can be used in an oxidizing-, reducing agents, and hard water. It can also be used in admixture with other non-ionic and auxiliary agents in mixtures with anionic and cationic surfactants.
