Internal mold release agent suitable for all polyolefins used in injection molding. It is a fast-migrating slip additive for polyolefin film applications.
Benefits:
- Can reduce the CoF between the film layers and also between the film & other surfaces in contact with the films (such as rollers)
- Can lower the clamp and ejection pin pressure
- Improves melt flow characteristics and reduces cycle time
- Can be used by masterbatch route or during compounding step
