POKETONE® M640A is a polyketone (PK) grade suitable for plastic applications.
Benefits:
- It is a thermal resistant, water-insoluble, semi-crystalline and aliphatic grade
- It combines high melt strength and viscosity with high chemical resistance and barrier performance
- It can be processed by injection molding and extrusion processes
- Exhibits a high impact resistance, both at room and low temperature and good creep performance
- It can also withstand short-term exposure to elevated temperatures

- UL 94, flame rated HB
Typical Applications:
It is used in industrial, oil, gas and automotive markets. It is also recommended for liners, pipes and large blow moldings.
