About
Safire® 400 is a halogen free flame retardant which exhibits both gas and condensed phase activity.
Benefits:
- Shows synergistic effect with phosphonate, borate and nitrogen-based flame retardants as well as metal hydrates
- Suited for Polyamide 6.6 when mixed with aluminum salt of a diethylphosphinic acid
- Provide high fire protection with arc-tracking resistance
Typical Applications:
Designed for transportation applications such as railway, aerospace and marine.
