Emulsion synthetic rubber (SBR) used for tire tread, footwear, hoses, rubberized cloth, conveyor belts and other mechanical goods. It is a cold emulsion copolymer of styrene and butadiene.
Benefits:
- Classified by emulsifier, TDAE extender oil and staining stabilizer
- Emulsifier: Mixed soap of rosin acid & fatty acid and Coagulant: Salt-acid
- Offers excellent uniformity compared with natural rubber
- Extrusion properties exceed those of natural rubber and stocks have less tendency to scorch in processing
