Accelerator used in tires, engine mounts, EPDM profiles and heat-resistant products. ZBOP masterbatch is a secondary accelerator and a non-blooming sulfur donor for the vulcanization of NR and synthetic rubbers such as SBR, NBR, IR, IIR and EPDM. Shelf life: 2 years.
Benefits:
- Non-staining, non-discoloring, nitrosamine-free, readily disperses in rubbers
- Provides vulcanizates with good heat aging resistance and favorable compression set properties
- Gives excellent reversion resistance in NR and vulcanization plateau with sulfenamides
