About
Rubber processing additive for natural and synthetic rubbers like SBR, SSBR and BR blends. It is developed specifically for use in compounds containing high loadings of fillers, especially where more reinforcing carbon black grades and high surface area silicas are involved. It is based on a blend of fatty acid zinc soaps of predominantly aliphatic nature.
Benefits:
- Reduces compound viscosity and enhances flow property
- Displays improved processability, physical properties and reversion resistance
- Stabilizes level of viscosity in silica compounds
- Lowers dynamic properties such as heat build-up on flexing
