Emulsion plasticizer and processing additive designed for rubber polymer compounds. It acts as dispersing agent for powdered materials. It is a constant water content emulsion of blend of esters and condensation products of high molecular fatty acid.
Benefits:
- Helps to improve processability and mold release effect
- Reduces scorching as well as sticking of elastomers and compounds to equipment
- Offers faster incorporation of fillers, mold filling during injection and transfer molding
