Adhesion promoter designed for solvent-based coatings. It is applicable in truck/bus/rv, general industrial and protective coatings. It is also used in automotive, auto OEM, automotive parts & accessories and auto refinish applications. It is 26-32 wt. % chlorine. It is recommended for PP-based substrates.Benefits: Shows improved compatibility with co-resins
