Cheese wax used to protect cheese. It is a blend of formulated linear and branched hydrocarbon waxes. Shelf life: 2 years.
Benefits:
- Provides extended shelf life and prevents from aerobic ripening
- It helps to protect the cheese from mould growth, loss of weight and damage during transport
- Coating done by dipping and spraying
