RICON® 154 DA
Provided by Cray Valley
About
Polymeric type II coagent and non-extractable plasticizer designed for wire, cables, sealants, thermoplastic modification and rubber applications. This low molecular weight, high vinyl polybutadiene resin is used in peroxide, sulfur-cured elastomers, thermoplastic resins and electrical insulator. It is especially applicable in olefinic-based elastomers. This processing aid is used in saturated and unsaturated elastomers for curing.
Benefits:
- Offers high reactivity, excellent hydrophobicity and dielectric properties
- Exhibits low temperature flexibility, abrasion resistance
- Delivers good hardness, scorch protection, good compression set
- Provides excellent crosslink densities, high tear strength
