THIXON™ P-6-EF-X

THIXON™ P-6-EF-X is a rubber-to-substrate bonding agent. It is suitable for adhering to metals (hot & cold rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum & brass) and thermoplastics (polyamides and polyesters). Shelf life: 18 months.

Benefits:

• Solvent-based MIBK-free primer
• Consists of reactive polymers and pigments in methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), toluene, aromatic and paraffinic hydrocarbons
• Free from reportable levels of lead and toxic heavy metals
• It is used in combination with MEGUM™ or THIXON™ cover coats especially THIXON™ 814-2 or THIXON™ OSN-2-EF-V

Typical Applications:

It is used as one-coat adhesive for styrene butadiene rubber and chloroprene.
