VITON™ GBL200

Fluoroelastomer (FKM) designed for transfer & injection molding sealing devices, such as O-rings, gaskets and other complex shapes. It is also suitable for extrusion of hoses & tubes and solid Fluoroelastomer (FKM) tubing with good adhesion to non-Fluoroelastomer (FKM) cover layers. It is a B-family copolymer of hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride, & tetrafluoroethylene plus cure site monomer. Polymeric type II coagent and non-extractable plasticizer designed for wire, cables, coatings, electronics and rubber applications. It is suitable for electrical insulator, encapsulants, sealants and thermoplastic modification. This low molecular weight, high vinyl homopolymer of butadiene resin is used in peroxide, sulfur-cured elastomers and thermoplastic resins.
