Broad-spectrum preservative blend suitable for skin and hair cosmetics. It is used in shampoos, wet wipes, lotions, creams, conditioners and leave-on & rinse-off formulations. It contains an antioxidant (hydroxyacetophenone) and an emollient (caprylyl glycol).
