About

Iscaguard® BA is a preservative used in personal care applications.
Benefits:
  • It is based on benzyl alcohol
  • Exhibits a broad spectrum activity against bacteria and fungi
  • It is free from paraben, thiazolinone, and formaldehyde
  • It is particularly effective against troublesome gram-negative Pseudomonas species

Typical Applications:
Recommended for shampoos, shower gels, creams, lotions, O/W & W/O emulsions, wet-wipes, oral, eye and lip care products. It is suitable for leave-on and rinse-off applications.
