Emulsifier and wetting agent suitable for permanent hair color, color cosmetics, concealers and lipstick. It is also used in high VOC aerosol hair spray, pump hair spray and creams & lotions. It is an inherently biodegradable ingredient derived from plant and synthetic (petroleum-derived) sources. Shelf life: 24 months.
