Non-ionic solubilizer for cosmetic formulations. It is particularly suitable for solubilizing essential oils & perfume oils in aqueous and aqueous-alcoholic systems. It is a mixture of fatty alcohol polyglycolether and hydrogenated castor oil ethoxylate.
