Anti-foaming agent developed for use in aqueous processes. It finds application in brewing, vegetable processing, fermentation processes, pickle processing, potato crisp & vinegar manufacture, sugar beet processing/sugar molasses, evaporation and dehydration of foodstuffs. Shelf life: 12 months.
