DIPRANE™ 31 PREPOLYMER

Isocyanate prepolymer. It can be reacted with DIPRANE™ C310/55 Polyol curative to produce an elastomer at 55 Shore A and with increasing quantities of DIPRANE™ E chain extender as a three component system to produce elastomers of up to 90 Shore A hardness. Shelf life: 6 months.

Diprane™ 530 FC prepolymer

Isocyanate prepolymer used to produce a range of polyurethane elastomers from 55 Shore A to 55 Shore D hardness.Benefits:Offers dynamic performance with good physical properties and abrasion resistance.

DIPRANE™ 530 PREPOLYMER

Isocyanate prepolymer. It can be reacted with DIPRANE™ C590/45 curative to produce an elastomer of 45°C and with increasing quantities of DIPRANE™ CA chain extender as a third component to allow the production of elastomers up to 55 Shore D hardness. Shelf life: 6 months.

DIPRANE™ 54 PREPOLYMER

Isocyanate prepolymer. It can also be used as a co-reactant. Shelf life: 6 months.Benefits:Offers lower viscosityFaster demolding alternative with a similar level of mechanical properties

DIPRANE™ 57/45 POLYOL

Polyol curative. It can be reacted with DIPRANE™ 57 Prepolymer to produce an elastomer at 45 Shore A and with increasing quantities of DIPRANE™ C chain extender as a three-component system to produce elastomers of up to 95 Shore A hardness. Shelf life: 12 months.

DIPRANE™ C310/55A POLYOL

Polyol curative. It can be reacted with DIPRANE™ 31 Prepolymer to produce an elastomer at 55 Shore A and with increasing quantities of DIPRANE™ chain extender as a three-component system to produce elastomers of up to 90 Shore A hardness. Shelf life: 12 months.  

Diprane™ C polyol

Polyol curative used in three-component polyurethanes to produce products of a wide hardness range. Shelf life: 12 months.Benefits:It is REACH registered

DIPRANE™ E

Chain extender component. It produces elastomers of up to 90 Shore A hardness. Shelf life: 12 months.
