Silopren™ LSR 2630 is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes.
Benefits:
- Offers lower viscosity, good tear & aging resistance and a higher reactivity
- It reduces the vulcanization temperature while maintaining a standard crosslinking rate
- Provides excellent thermal stability, high flexibility at low temperatures, stability to ozone and ultraviolet light
- It also exhibits good rubber-like properties, long service life under dynamic stress, and a shorter cycle time
- It has excellent dielectric behavior over a wide temperature range
- It is not readily combustible, does not melt or drip, and easily pigmentable with LSR color pastes
- Complies with 21 CFR 177.2600(e) and/or (f), DVGW Working sheet W 270, BfR listed, KTW and WRAS approved
Typical Application:
Suitable for elastomeric articles such as sealing elements, O-rings, stoppers, keypads, pacifiers, baby teats, switch covers, swimming caps, vibration dampers, air vent flaps and cable connectors.
