About
TEGOSTAB® B 8272 is a medium activity silicone surfactant combined with broad processing latitude. It is a medium active foam stabilizer suitable for the manufacture of flexible polyurethane foams. It has a shelf life of at least 12 months.

- Offers excellent nucleation and compatibilization properties
- It is a very reliable surfactant that can be used in both continuous and discontinuous foaming processes
Typical Applications:
Ideal for use in conventional slab stock foam grades based on conventional polyether polyols
It can also be used in liquid CO2-blown formulations producing foams with a fine uniform cell structure
It can also be used for FR foams that must meet the burn requirements of CAL 117 and MVSS 302 and for more critical flammability tests like BS 5852 (Crib V), special FR optimized stabilizers are recommended
