PAT-ADD LE 1030 is a leveling additive. It is also a highly efficient surface tension modifier at very low doses. Shelf life: 24 months.
Benefits:
- Enhances flow, leveling, substrate wetting and air release
- Exhibits wide range of compatibility
- Effective in PUR, acrylic and polyester melamine industrial paints
- Demonstrates excellent substrate wetting, preventing the formation of craters and pinholes
- Enables poor substrate wetting of coatings applied onto critical substrates such as improperly cleaned substrates and lower surface energy substrates
- Provides excellent surface smoothness with slip and mar resistance
- Prevents pigment float and foam stabilization
Typical Applications:
Recommended for waterborne and mid to high polarity solvent-borne coating formulations. Recommended for industrial coatings. It is suitable for pigmented as well as clears coatings.
