BENTONE® SD-1

Rheological additive suitable for non-polar to medium-polarity aliphatic and other solvent systems. It is used in anti-corrosive paints, bituminous coatings, decorative long-oil alkyd-, do-it-yourself paints, printing inks, primers, fillers, undercoats, traffic paints and wood stains. It is highly recommended for can-, car OEM-, car refinish-, coil-, general industrial-, marine protective-, plastic- & roof coatings. It is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay. BENTONE® SD-2

Rheological additive suitable for moderate to high polarity organic media containing solvents such a ketones, esters, glycol ethers and alcohols. It is used in anti-corrosion paints, automotive finishes/primers, epoxy systems, foundry paints, gravure printing inks, industrial finishes and inorganic zinc-rich coatings. It is ideal for maintenance coatings, NC lacquers/inks, paint removers, polyester repair putties, PU two-pack systems and vinyl paints (high-build). It is highly recommended for can-, coil-, car OEM-, marine protective-, plastic- and wood coatings. It is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay. It is ideal for decorative coatings, epoxy systems, gravure printing inks, hammer finishes, industrial finishes, marine- & oil paints, polyester paints & fillers, primers, PU two-pack systems and vinyl paints (high-build). It is highly recommended for solvent-borne can coatings and recommended for car OEM-, coil-, marine protective-, plastic- and wood coatings. It is an organic derivative of a hectorite clay. BENTONE® WBS

Rheological additive suitable for waterborne decorative latex paints and gypsum plasters. It is also used in building materials such as mortars & renderings based on lime, cement and gypsum. It is recommended for water-reducible coatings and highly recommended for architectural- & concrete coating, grouts, plaster/stucco and tile adhesives. It is a beneficiated, high purity smectite clay. DAPRO® BEZ 75

Anti-sagging agent and effective auxiliary used in non-aqueous coatings, dipping varnishes, and aromatic-free formulations. It is ideal for air-dried alkyd, wash primers, high-solid paints, alkyd-melamine, acrylic, nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber and epoxy coatings. It is highly recommended for solvent-borne car refinish, general industrial primers, plastic & wood coatings and asphalt emulsion. It is sulphonated castor wax.
