RHEOLATE® CVS-16 is a nonionic synthetic associative thickener recommended for architectural paints. It is a next-generation color viscosity stabilizer. Shelf life: 24 months.

- Efficient low to mid-shear thickener (NiSAT)
- It is 15% active solid, pourable and pumpable liquid
- Shows excellent efficiency and color compatibility with most latex resins systems
- Enhances viscosity stability after tinting while preserving leveling performance in low- and zero-VOC paint formulations
- It can be combined with traditional additives, such as clays, cellulosic or acrylic thickeners
- Provides an excellent balance of sag resistance and leveling, outstanding color properties, and good storage stability
- Delivers superior color performance with enhanced color float resistance and improved color rub-up properties
- Offers excellent viscosity retention in paint formulations during point-of-sale and in-plant color tinting
- Environmentally friendly, APEO-, VOC and tin-free

Typical Applications:
Suitable for water-based systems. It is used in decorative coatings, interior and exterior wall paints.
