Wetting agent for 2 components 100%, water-based coatings and inks. It is an ethoxylated & propoxylated acetylenic-based surfactant suitable for radiation curing, pigmented coatings and varnish. Recommended for wood & industrial coatings, printing inks and architectural paints.
