Conditioning agent, fixative and film former designed for styling & conditioning mousses. It is also used in creams, lotions, spray gels, conditioners, skin creams & lotions and cleansing formulations. It is cationic cellulosic with low viscosity, low molecular weight and high cationic substitution.
