O/W self-emulsifying base consisting of anionic and non-ionic surfactants. It is used in day/night creams, lotions, detergents, non-alcoholic after shaves, silicone creams, anti-cellulite creams, eye zone creams and make up products. It is also used in baby care products. Shelf life: 12 months.
