ACRYSOL™ AP-10

About

ACRYSOL™ AP-10 is a water-based associative thickener designed for mid to high PVC paints.

Benefits:

  • It is APEO-free with broad latex compatibility
  • Provides excellent scrub resistance and strong resistance to microbial attack
  • Offers excellent thickening efficiency compared to cellulosic thickeners, along with good water resistance and low liquid viscosity
  • Delivers excellent paint stability and consistency, maintains tint viscosity in high-PVC formulations
  • Also offers an excellent balance between performance and cost

Typical Applications:

Suitable for water-based architectural, industrial, exterior insulation finish system, paper, textile, building and construction coating applications. It is used in industrial baking enamels, art conservations, general industrial finishes, non-woven binders, interior and exterior paints.
