OROTAN™ 1850E

OROTAN™ 1850E is a hydrophilic waterborne pigment dispersant suitable for coating applications.

Benefits:

• It is highly stable with reactive pigments such zinc oxide or other polyvalent metal containing pigments and extenders

• It is effective with inorganic pigments and has excellent polyvalent ion stability

• Possesses excellent stability with HASE and ACRYSOL™ DR rheology modifiers

• Facilitates the formulation of paints to address stringent environmental standards

• Ammonia-free and no formaldehyde or formaldehyde generators are added intentionally

Typical Applications:

Ideal for waterborne paints. It is also suitable for high pigment volume concentration (PVC) paints which requires long shelf storage.
