RHOBARR™ 110

RHOBARR™ 110 is an anionic acrylic barrier coating emulsion.

Benefits:

• Facilitates barrier to hot oil, grease and liquid water

• It is heat sealable with flexibility, low surface tack and good resistance to blocking

• Provides hydrophobic barrier with high gloss

• This binder shows good stability when blended with inorganic pigments such as clay, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide and talc

• It also possesses good stability when blended with water soluble polymers such as starch, PVOH or rheology modifiers
• Complies with FDA 21CRF176.180 regulation
• It also complies with the requirements of BfR-recommendation XIV-A

Typical Applications:

Designed for use in paper and board coatings. It is also suitable for aqueous coatings or printing methods.
