About
ACULYN™ 88 Rheology Modifier is an anionic hydrophobically modified alkali-soluble acrylic polymer emulsion (HASE). Acts as a polymeric emulsifier, film former and rheology modifier/thickener.

- It is lightly crosslinked with unusually high aqueous thickening and stabilizing efficiency
- It is a cold-processable liquid which instantaneously thickens upon neutralization, providing ease of handling and increased manufacturing efficiency
- Offered at 29% solids and is compatible with high levels of surfactants
- Exhibits well-established toxicological profile and is safe in normal use
- It has excellent clarity and shear thinning rheology
- It is very efficient at building viscosity
- Shows excellent surfactant and solvent compatibility
- Imparts honey-smooth texture, spreading and flow
- Enables suspension of particles, silicones, pearlizing agents and air bubbles
- Effective at pH 4-12
- Possesses synergy with laponite clay for enhanced suspension in high surfactant systems
- Irradiation-, BSE/TSE- and preservative-free
- Complies with cometic regulation (EC) No 1223/2009
