DURAMOULD™ 5223 ISOCYANATE

TDI-based isocyanate prepolymer suitable as a curing agent for two component polyurethane formulations for softer elastic coatings. Shelf life: 6 months.

DURAMOULD™ 5234 ISOCYANATE

Isocyanate prepolymer. It reacts with DURAMOULD™ ET 30A to produce a low hardness polyurethane elastomer with high extensibility. Shelf life: 12 months.

DURAMOULD™ ET 1045A RED POLYOL

Polyol-based curative. It reacts with DURAMOULD™ 5223 Isocyanate prepolymer to produce a polyurethane elastomer with high extensibility. It can be used to take masters from stone & plaster. Shelf life: 12 months.Benefits: Good moisture tolerance 

DURAMOULD™ ET 1060A POLYOL

Polyol-based curative can be used to take masters from stone and plaster. It reacts with DURAMOULD™ 5223 Isocyanate prepolymer to produce a polyurethane elastomer with high extensibility. Shelf life: 12 months.Benefits: Good moisture tolerance 

DURAMOULD™ ET 30A (YELLOW)

Polyol based curative. It reacts with DURAMOULD™ 5234 Isocyanate prepolymer to produce a low hardness polyurethane elastomer with high extensibility. It can be used as a sealant or grouting compound in a variety of different applications. Shelf life: 12 months.Benefits: Possesses good moisture tolerance

DURAMOULD™ SMX 45 POLYOL

Catalyzed polyester-based polyol blend. It can be reacted with DIPRANE™ 530 Prepolymer to produce a tough flexible elastomer at approximately 45 Shore A hardness. Shelf life: 12 months.

DURELAST™ 3095 POLYOL

Polyol. It is only recommended for the production of dark colors. Shelf life: 6 months.

Diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer used for microcellular polyurethane foam production. It can be used for producing molded foams within the range of density of 400-850 kg/mþ. Shelf life: 12 months.
