About
W/O- & O/W co-emulsifier and lipophilic solubilizer suitable for conditioner (leave-in/rinse out), hair relaxer and make-up products. It is also used in liquid make-up, mascara, concealer, eyeshadow, lipstick, loose powder, eyeliner, pressed powder, emulsions, low pH systems, ointments, emulsion-based sunscreens and after-sun products. It is ideal for smooth, soft, easily spreadable lotions as well as in creams of higher consistencies.
