HYDROLAR® HR 120 is an aliphatic polyether-based polyurethane dispersion designed for matte coating applications. Shelf life: 24 months.
Benefits:
- It is an anionic, high-solid, water-based grade
- Forms a soft, medium elastic, tack-free film with very high opacity and good solvent and water resistance
- Shows good compatibility with a wide range of additives and other anionic dispersions
- It has a high solids content of around 50%
- It is convenient for transportation
- It can be crosslinked with water-dispersible polyisocyanates, polyaziridines and polycarboidimide
- It is not compatible with cationic dispersions
- Offers excellent substrate adhesion, a soft hand feel, and high hydrolysis resistance
- It is ideal for blending with other polyurethanes or acrylics
Typical Applications:
It is suitable for applications such as leather, imitation leather, synthetic fibers, wood, paper, automotive and paints.
