HYPERLAST™ 153/55A POLYOL

Polyol. It can be reacted with HYPERLAST™ 153 Prepolymer to produce a polyether (PTMEG) based polyurethane elastomer at 55 shore A, and with increasing quantities of DIPRANE™ C Curative as a third component to produce elastomers of up to 75 shore D hardness. Shelf life: 12 months.  

HYPERLAST™ 153 PREPOLYMER

Isocyanate prepolymer. It can be reacted with HYPERLAST™ 153/55A Polyol to produce a polyether (PTMEG) based polyurethane elastomer at 55 shore A, and with increasing quantities of DIPRANE™ C Curative as a third component to produce elastomers of up to 75 shore D hardness. Shelf life: 12 months.

HYPERLAST™ 2874008

Polyol blend used in the production of semi-rigid polyurethane suitable for filter industry as adhesive for bonding paper filter cartridges to tinplate or Zintec end caps. Benefits:Provides good oil/fuel resistance

HYPERLAST™ 5003 ISOCYANATE

Isocyanate. It reacts with HYPERLAST™ 7852181 Polyol to produce a soft polyurethane foam for the production of seals and gaskets. The system has built in thixotropy to reduce flow out in a cast bead. Shelf life: 9 months.

HYPERLAST™ 5257 ISOCYANATE

Polyether-based polyol used in the production of tough, impact-resistant, machinable rigid polyurethane. Shelf life: 12 months.Benefits:Provides excellent high-temperature modulus stability

HYPERLAST™ 7850348 POLYOL

Hydroxy terminated polybutadiene polyol. It reacts at room temperature with HYPERLAST™ LE 5046 isocyanate to produce an elastomeric polyurethane. The elastomer is suitable for applications requiring excellent water resistance. Shelf life: 12 months.Benefits: Offers a long pot-life 

HYPERLAST™ 7852181 POLYOL

Polyether-based polyol. It reacts with HYPERLAST™ 5003 Isocyanate to produce a soft polyurethane foam for the production of seals and gaskets. The system has built in thixotropy to reduce flow out in a cast bead. Shelf life: 6 months.

HYPERLAST™ 7980113 POLYOL

Polyether-based polyol curative. It reacts with HYPERLAST™ 101 Prepolymer to produce a rapid reacting, room temperature curing polyurethane elastomer offering a high level of mechanical properties. Shelf life: 12 months.
