TOLONATE™ HDT-LV2

Crosslinker recommended for very high solids low VOC two component (2K) polyurethanes coatings and varnishes. It is also used in solvent-free and waterborne polyurethane systems. It is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HDI homopolymer). It is used for hydroxylated polymers, notably polyesters and polyacrylates. It is supplied at 100 % solids and is designed to reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions of the formulations. Aliphatic polyisocyanate based on HDI recommended for concrete flooring, protective-, industrial- and plastic coatings. It is suitable for high solids and solvent-free two-component polyurethane coatings and varnishes. TOLONATE™ X FLO 100

Crosslinker suitable for 100% solids, solvent-free one-pack (1K) moisture-cured polyurethane coatings. It is also used in very high solids two component (2K) polyurethanes & polyureas (coatings & varnishes) and waterborne polyurethane systems. It can be used for hydroxylated polymers, notably polyesters, polyethers-polyesters and polyacrylates, in combination with more conventional aliphatic polyisocyanates (biuret or trimer types). It is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI).
