Diluent designed for direct compression, capsules, powder formulations as well as wet and dry granulation. It is used as base for dusting powders and protective covering in ointment formulations. It also acts as binder for wet granulation if cooked at 5 – 25 % w/w and disintegrating agent at 3 -15 % w/w. Shelf life: 36 months.
