Bulking agent designed for sugar-free solutions and syrups. It is used as stabilizer for drugs and vitamins in suspensions. It acts as anti-crystallizing agent for liquid dosage formulations. It is suitable for chewing gum and as emollient and humectant in emulsions. It is used as humectant and plasticizer in toothpaste and gels and plasticizer in capsules. Shelf life: 24 months.
