Safic-Alcan becomes the distributor of Bioban™, Kathon™, Rocima™ and other biocide products following an extended partnership with LANXESS
Paris-La Defense, September 18th – Safic-Alcan is excited to announce an extended distribution agreement with LANXESS for Rocima™, Kathon™, Bioban™ and other biocides in France, following LANXESS' acquisition of IFF Microbial Control (MC).
This strategic partnership strengthens and complements the portfolio, which for many years has included the well-known Preventol® range developed by the same company. Rocima™, Kathon™, Bioban™ and other biocides are widely used in various industrial applications, such as paints, varnishes, the construction market, wood protection and the leather market. With our technical expertise and strong regulatory knowledge, we are perfectly positioned to provide support and solutions tailored to our customers' specific needs.

5 years after the beginning of its collaboration with Safic-Alcan, LANXESS is very pleased to announce it extends its partnership with its major distributor of specialty chemicals in France, adding, key new biocides and strong brands and expertise, coming from IFF Microbial Control acquisition, to the already extensive biocide portfolio.
