SLIDEWAY™ HG is a multipurpose lubricant with premium quality.
Benefit:
- Formulated with selected high-viscosity mineral base oils and carefully chosen additives
- Offers oxidation stability, rust protection, lubricity, extreme pressure and anti-wear properties
- It also provides EP (extreme pressure) qualities, filterability and adhesion
- It guarantees superior protection against oil degradation and corrosion of machine tool surfaces, even in the presence of aqueous cutting fluids
- Shows good compatibility with cutting fluids and good demulsibility with emulsions with no gumming of the slides
- It also shows full compatibility with hydraulic oils
- Provides superior stabilization compared to oxidation
- Exhibits anti -slip properties with good gearbox performance
Typical Applications:
Recommended for machine slides and sliding tables for linear and rotary type slides. It is also suitable for bearings, gears and hydraulic oil applications, including precision program-controlled machines.
