Homogenizing agent and plasticizer for elastomers. It is a mixture of dark aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon resins.
Benefits:
- Promotes formation of compact mass
- Displays reduced bagging tendency, increased extrusion rates without increasing die swell and improved calendering properties
- Boosts efficiency of other tackifying agents and does not harden during vulcanization
- Shows good solubility in aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons
