PAT-ADD RHEOL 99 is a non-ionic, HEUR based liquid rheology modifier suitable for aqueous systems. Shelf life: 24 months.

- It is hydrophobic in nature for excellent film scrub and water resistance
- Ensures optimal rheological behavior of dispersion paints
- Associative interactions with polymers and micelles lead to the formation of a thixotropic network resulting in increased viscosity
- The highest thickening efficiency is obtained in polymer dispersion systems (emulsion paints)
- Helps to obtain a Newtonian viscosity profile with greater high-shear thickening
- Forms low-shear structure
- Compatible with both organic as well as inorganic rheology modifiers
Typical Applications:
Designed for high PVC systems to gloss emulsion paints and varnishes. It is also recommended for interior and exterior emulsion paints based on pure acrylic or copolymer binders.
