CHEDDMAX CC is a cheese suitable for food applications. It has a shelf life of 8 weeks from the date of manufacture when stored at 2–8°C and 12 months when stored at −18°C, less one day.
Benefits:
- It is manufactured from pasteurized whole milk using vegetarian rennet as a coagulant and lactic cultures for acid development
- Suitable for vegetarian and lacto-ovo vegetarian applications
- Food-grade salt is added to enhance flavor
- Halal certified
- Complies with EU Regulations (EC) No. 852/2004, 853/2004, 2073/2005, 315/93, 396/2005, 2023/915, 1259/2011, and Directive 1999/2/EC on food hygiene, microbiological criteria, contaminant control, pesticide residues, and ionising radiation
